Technical Papers & License Agreements

For most of our conferences, WEF policy is to require a technical paper for all speakers and alternates. Please refer to the guidance packet you received when your submission was accepted to confirm your conference requires a techincal paper submission.

The papers will be provided to conference attendees via the Conference Proceedings. WEF's paper guidelines and a sample paper are provided below.

All conference authors who submit a technical paper for the proceedings will be required to sign a license agreement.

All authors and co-authors must sign the license agreement associated with their conference or event. Below are some of the most commonly asked questions regarding these agreements and a sample agreement.
